What we collect when you contact us or visit this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
When you ask for a quote, book an estimate, call, text or email us, we get what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the property address and details and photos of the project. We use it to answer you, quote the job, schedule the work, send invoices and follow up after the job.
Quote and booking forms on this site are run by Jobber, the software we use for quotes, scheduling and invoices. Calls and texts to our business number go through Quo. Both store your information for us under their own privacy policies.
Text messages
If you text us or give us your mobile number, we text you about your quote, appointment, job and invoice. We only send marketing texts if you've agreed to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.
We don't sell, rent or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Website analytics and ads
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools to see how people find and use it:
- Google Analytics counts visits, pages viewed and which buttons are used (for example, tapping to call or opening the quote form).
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) tells us when a visit came from our ads and lets us show ads to people who have visited the site.
- Microsoft Clarity, when turned on, records how pages are scrolled and clicked so we can fix parts of the site that are hard to use. It hides what you type into forms.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and blocks attacks. It handles your IP address to do that.
Links we share in ads, posts and print (for example customgatesandfencing.com/sign) add a tag to the address so we can tell which one brought you here. It doesn't identify you.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and change how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business (like Jobber, Quo, our email provider and payment processing), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Photos of finished work
We sometimes photograph fences and gates we build and post them on this site and social media. We don't show house numbers, faces or anything that identifies you. If you'd rather we not use photos of your job, just tell us.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records as long as we need them for the work, warranty, taxes and our records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we have to keep it, for example for tax records). Call or text (903) 320-4283 or email [email protected].
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
